| The draw for the fifth round of the 2017 Ladbrokes Challenge Cup saw the introduction of the four Super League sides who competed in the middle eights competition in 2016.
The draw was broadcast live on BBC 5 Live's Breakfast Show, and across other BBC media, with the teams being drawn out by rugby league league legend Jason Robinson, and Breakfast Show presenter Rachel Burden.
Joining the surviving thirteen sides (Whitehaven and Oxford have still to play their round four game after bad weather forced its postponement on Sunday) are Huddersfield Giants, Leeds Rhinos, Leigh Centurions and Salford Red Devils.
The draw in full is as follows;
Leigh Centurions v. Hull KR
Featherstone Rovers v. Oldham
Leeds Rhinos v. Doncaster
Salford Red Devils v. Toronto Wolfpack
Whitehaven/Oxford v. Halifax
Dewsbury Rams v. Batley Bulldogs
Huddersfield Giants v. Swinton Lions
York City Knights v. Barrow Raiders
All games will be played over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd April 2017. |
