Leigh v Wigan is a good game on a greasy pitch. Hard hitting and good intensity
Enjoyed that.
Personally I like watching Leigh (Leeds excepted) more than any other side in the league. Play the game the right way.
Me too ArthurIMO they're the best attacking side in the comp.
The attacking lines that their players run are almost undefendable, as there's very often 3 viable players running into gaps, and the ball carrier can hit anyone of them.
I think that Leighs overseas recruitment has been by far the best too over the past 3 seasons,some very astute signings have been made,Someone (Lam or Chester) certainly has their finger on the pulse and has very good knowledge,or contacts down under.
Lam's coaching also looks far better suited now at Leigh.
Degsy's like marmite and he makes me laugh at times, but I very often call him a Kn0bhead too,But he has certainly put his money where his big mouth is
I can't say I'm a fan of Degsy, but if I was a Leigh fan I would be. Takes all sorts, as they say. Wonder what odds you could get on Leeds v Leigh final?
I mentioned on another thread Leigh were 33/1 to win the GF before the Wigan game.Not sure if you could have got half those odds on an each way bet for reaching the final which would imo be a good bet.
We were 10/1 before today`s game.
So 16.5/1 on Leigh and 5/1 us to get to OT.
