Would be nice, but it all depends whether or not the plans in place are a permanent fixture or not. Clearly the redesign of the roof is on the back of consultation with the LA, so what we are seeing on the portal is as much as we can do, subject to buying all the properties behind the WT and doing a full rebuild.

Of course, but the reprofiling of the North Stand lower terrace didn't need planning permission - none of us knew it was happening.

I was thinking more on the lines of sacrificial works, no point re-profiling the terraces if there are greater plans in the pipeline.
