Anybody been following the planning permission thread on the wakey board? Not looking all that good for them if you look at cas's point of view. Does this mean if their planning permission gets knocked back we get the nod for super league?

A white flag waving episode from Wakefield in the style of Crusaders would prompt me to sit up. Then Toulouse would come in with their big size nines and their "Ooh la la" expansion ticket and I'd then fall back to sleep.



If going bust doesn't get you kicked out of SL then I hardly think the tiny matter of a stadium will warrant even one of Dicky's "special warning bullsheet press releases".

Wakey planning application being objected to by Leeds Council,Cas progress halted due to roads,access and something else.I have lost interest even tho the whole thing keeps appearing in the local rag.Never any mention of Fevs new(!) stand which has mostly arrived from Scarboro

If they were going to kick out Wakey, they had more than enough ammo to get rid of the failing club last time. It's never gonna happen!

Think you also need to read the posts on our forum as going very well as far as we are concerned. Of course some of Cas want us to fail. If all goes to plan and they don't crack on they are going to be seen as the weaker franchise between us and them and may have to look at sharing with us.

Well I've been at the public inquiry for most of the past 2 week and everything is going well and seems very positive for The stadium don't believe the ginners on there forum they are just desperate for us not to get our new ground

If you look from Cas's point of vew! Its nothing to do with Cas what point of view do you expect from Cas fans?



People have been following the whole process and reporting on twitter no some of us are not naive enough to think its plain sailing after all its a PUBLIC INQUIRY.



Looking at the supporting evidence it has gone very well but that doesnt mean its a green light.



If you look at the objectors case and speakers and I have sat through some of it then IMHO they have been found wanting in a lot of areas, that doesnt mean to say that its a given that they have failed in their objection.



As for Leeds City Councils objections this appeared to be very week and indeed under cross examination they caved in, in aspects of their objection
