I think its fine if people dont like the shirt but lets not forget guys there is a host of other accessories such as t shirts, training tops, training vests with a promise of much more, including the away shirt. So if you dont like it please consider the other attire and get some money in the coffers for the club, if you can!

I am in two minds about the shirt. Very disappointed that Halifax Bank aren't sponsoring us anymore. Although i will be buying the shirt i dont think it is a patch on the quality of the Kooga Shirt. But to be honest, as long as we pick up where we left off last year i wont give a crap about what we are wearing.

Its poor. I think the quality of the KooGa shirts has been the best we have had in a long time and as a consequence other shirts dont cut it.



Lets face it, if the team perform I couldn't give a to$$ if the shirt is a load of all tosh !

Not too bothered about the design and the amount of times that our main sponsors are on it, just don't think the quality is that good. Very much thinner than last season's. However, the other merchandise available is good. I bought a fleece for both myself and my daughter. There are some new design t-shirts available, too.

Aren't they now owned on all levels by Bank of Scotland and just keep the name Halifax or somthing to run certain departments? In large, I don't think the people pulling the strings would care as much and see it as a local thing as they used to.



Could be wrong however, just remember people getting worried the sponsor may have collapsed altogether 2 years ago when the banking stuff was happening.

They're owned (for now atleast) by Lloyds, whether the goverment makes it break up in the future is another matter,



Royal Bank of Scotland still exists, though is mainly owned by the govt, so how they can justify the massive amount of cash laid out to sponsor the 6 nations is beyond me

I will be buying it (If they do sizes for men), was not able to get the away shirt for the last couple of years due to this, so i am hoping someone at the club, will have this sorted this time.

They never sponsored us. It was the General or Home Insurance that did.

Correct, Halifax General were the sponsors, were are a division of Halifax PLC later to be called HBOS and now owned by LLoyds. There is now no such company as Halifax only a brand.

Lloyds have no interest in Halifax let alone Halifax RLFC

Apart from the thousands of people that they employ.

I think you will find that LLoyds don't think a lot about Halifax staff.
