Yes it would, but from the Championship clubs point of view its time to be selfish, IMO they ( RFL ) arent looking out for us , time to look out for ourselves ( collectively the non SL clubs ) |

Loathed as I am for Rugby League to follow football's lead on things but I do think we need a Soccer Am style TV programme sometime soon. Do you think Natalie Quirk from Premier sports has the charisma to carry it off? Stevo and Hemmings have had their day and Rod Studd is just sooooo annoying on Rugby League Backchat.

I don't think Natalie Quirk would be able to do it. I think the person who COULD do it is Brian carney with Jon Wells. And Brian noble would be great IMO its just a shame that he is coaching in Salford so he wouldn't be able to do it. |

Premier could do something fairly low budget.
Would need someone with a bit of presenting experience, and a couple of guests, various RL journalists have shown they're capable of putting questions across in televised interviews during the World Cup, Gareth Walker and Natalie Quirk ect, then a player from a championship club.
Run through a few tries, talk about any issues affecting the game and the weeks upcoming games.
That it track down the production company who made Rugby League Raw and fetch that back on premier!

it'd only be once a week. i think you've picked a good set up there. take a lead on footballs example of giving recently retired players media opportunities cause let's face it, yeah stevo won the world cup 30 odd years before I was born, but he hasn't half been living on past glories. oh the irony that this is on a bulls thread as well  |
