I'm not going, although I would dearly love to. I'd love to go support my team, but I can't afford to go and I have something else to attend to. It'd be great to catch up with some old friends who are Featherstone fans and have a bit of banter, but, sadly it ain't to be. To all those going from both clubs; hope the game is a good one and the players and fans do each other proud.

So will I, but surely to want us to stay away because "we are going to lose" is not financial sense.

There are plenty of good folk over at Fev and yes there are a tiny bunch of idiots who have left a terrible taste in all Fax fans mouths. Fev fans you will never realise the hurt until you see Dave and his struggles - when he attended the Sheffield game I will happily say I nearly cried! The guy is trying so hard but it does give a horrible feeling about Fev



It makes you feel better I had a "fellow" fax fan threaten to smack me, my wife (pregnant at the time) and a friend in the second half - he was doing his best to dodge the stewards. He is now known the Shay security.



I am not going as away games aren't fun with a little baby especially midweek games!

i will be attending fev on thursday, and im looking forward to it.



what happened at the final with Dave was aweful, and i too was in that car park minutes after the attack, a very intimidating place that evening!



but we support Rugby League! Jesus, the majority of RL have been attending away matches for years and years, and i would imagine very rarely have seen nothing but well behaived supporters!



it was a final, two sets of fans oiled up, neither have won a trophy for years, emotions running high. This is no excuse for violence or anti-social behaivour, but im sure both sets of fans were not 'perfectly behaived'.



some posters on here need to grow up, stop bickering, and remember why RL is respected worldwide for the excitement and its 'Proper Fans!'



if you dont want to go thursday, dont go, simples, i respect your desicion.



i will be there, in blue and white, hopefully having a few beers in the supporters bar upstairs, and singin my heart out for the team i love!

I won't take my car to Fev but I am going on the coach.



It's the first time I've decided not to drive and, although I know it will probably be OK, I'm not risking anyone targetting my car.



It would be good if we can build some bridges but respect is earned, it's not a given.
