If the RFL dealt out some harsh punishments then maybe the clubs might start to do something.
It's the same at Hull with Chav Corner. Everyone ignores it, nothing gets done so it continues year on year.
You get a small fine, fans moan a bit. Nothing will change.
If you were thrown out of the play offs then maybe, just maybe, people will start to take notice. The club will improve its stewarding and the decent fans will point out the idiots to them so they are banned.'"
