| Should have a new slogan. If its not Yorkshire Radio then its not worth listening to. I’ll be choosing you over BBC Leeds next year if it means I don’t have to listen what’s happening outside this county.

| I've chosen to never listen to them for the way they have treated Leeds United coverage on Radio Leeds. In fact i'd rather drink my own !

Match report here on the club site:
www.therhinos.co.uk/rugby/9460.php
Sounds like a good hit out.
I couldn't get there despite having a ticket due to terrible black ice on my road.
Had I known about the delayed kick off I might just have made it.
It would be great to hear comments from anyone who went.

| One of the more entertaining Boxing Day friendlies of recent years. Despite the fact that the pitch was narrowed at both sides which led to our three-quarters sometimes either throwing the ball into touch or running into touch (apparantly due to Carnegie choosing to do so and presumably the groundstaff having more important things to do than repaint the touchlines), we played some entertaining Rugby.
Jones-Bishop had a good game at full back, Webb and Burrow were at their usual best and I thought Kyle Amor had a great debut in a Rhinos shirt.
Decent crowd as well today. Just under 8,800 especially given the Western Terrace wasn't in use.
Ablett had a slight injury but hopefully nothing too serious.

Thought Burgess had a very good game too.
Agree with the Jones Bishop,Amor and Webb choices.
Burrow improved his game after half time.
Who played 15 for us?
Davey played well for Wakey.

15 was Dane Manning (who was fortunate it was a friendly and that Ganson wasn't the referee given his high tackle in the 2nd half)

Good to see Eastwood at Headingley at last too.

| cheers for that.
Yes agree with the comment re the high tackle incident.
No malice in it though just bad timing.
Thought the forwards played very well.

I thought manning was pretty lucky also but there were other incidents that went unpunished so maybe not as surprising as we initially thought.
I enjoyed today and thought we did ok overall and scored some well worked tries.

| BJB will be a future star for the rhinos, the kids all class. In my opinion you don't need Brent Webb anymore BJB could easily step up to your first team and who knows how good he would be given a long run of games in which to find his feet.
Equally it's about time Kalum Watkins started to force Brian Maclennans hand!

Both have very bright futures imo but to just disregard Webb before Bjb has even played more than a handfull of SL games would a big mistake and one i don't expect the coaching staff to make.
As for Watkins he'll get more opportunities this season and again i don't expect any rash decisions to be made in this case either.
