I am coming round to this kid. He is improving though TVOC's concerns are valid.

I dont think after a couple of decent games you can come to this conclusion, inconsistency was his problem last year and was in and out of team because of it. i think he has improved but will have to add to this in a few weeks time

Playing with a leg injury too and still more than deserving of the 5 shirt . .

He's 19 mate,the lad has stacks of potential imo and makes no more mistakes than anyone else in the grand scheme of things.

He's in the team on merit and i think he'll get even better.

Ryan Hall is making a decent winger, he will make a more than decent Second Rower.

First game I saw him have, not sure if it was his debut, they peppered him with high balls. He was faultless all through. Centre or back row prospect.

Agree there. He's a big lad for a winger and looks like he has the potential to be a good Second Rower. I'm sure he's played there before for us hasn't he?

I mentioned after the Hull KR game that he would make a great back row forward. He is very strong and has a decent amount of speed. If he runs the right lines down the middle he could be explosive. As everyone says he is doing a very good job at the mo but he's not often going to score length of the field tries because of his pace. He is however IMO though he is too good to not have around over the next few years in some form.

If he's to become a top winger he needs to improve his pace off the mark. Is it true he never actually played on the wing until he came to Leeds?

Hall may make a decent second rower or ever loose, he has the work rate and strength and is happy to stick the tackles in but not got the skills to be a winger.



Not enough pace, turning circle of a tanker, inconsistent under the high ball and often over-runs his centre on the break. Also needs to learn to concede the tackle much sooner when near the line.



The lad has a bag full of potential but IMHO should be groomed for a backer rower not the wing.

Correct he came off the bench a few times last season at SR most notebly in the destruction of the bullsh#t at H.Q at easter.
