Was a very good player for Leeds who made a major contribution to their successes over the time he was here. He arrived at Headingley a fully fledged International and at twenty-six he arguably gave us the benefit of his best years. It was even rumoured that Leeds were so keen to retain his services for 2009/10/11 seasons that the CEO was prepared to break his much vaunted rigid pay structure. High praise indeed ...... if true.

That said, I think I commented after his last display for Leeds at Wakefield that I felt he shouldn't be allowed to represent the club again. A total liability and an attitude that stunk the ground out. Given Leeds had already said he was going at the season end and Hardaker was making a good fist of the switch to the full-back role it was time to move on and prepare for a future without Webb. I haven't had cause to change that view.

Great fullback, a pleasure to see a truly world class player come to these shores and don the blue and amber in his prime.



Was a vital cog in our 3 in a row years but he did drop off his high standards over last couple of seasons.Still,could always be relied upon in the big games.



Heard he had signed for Catalans,is this true?

All in all a good player for Leeds



Think his best years are behind him now and he has been frustrating to watch this year with a poor attitude, but all in all a good signing for Leeds who was here for a good period in Leeds history
