| I enjoyed John Wilkin's pathetic give away penalty.
That just about sums that dumpty up.
I'd like to know his full penalty count for the season, as I bet it beats his number of games.
He seems to be one of the darlings of rugby. With TV, media etc.
And his attitude stinks.
Toss-pot.

| Quote Rogues Gallery="Rogues Gallery"Wigan fan in peace.
I really think Leeds targeted the Challenge Cup this season and then when they were so poor in that final lifting for the play offs was a little too much.
Leeds would however have given Wigan a more difficult game in the final as they possess far more pace than Saints. I believe Wigan used the exact same tactics v Saints that Leeds had done in the past three Grand Finals, kick well, kick deep, knowing that Saints do not have the pace to come from their own twenty.'"
Totally agree. Was nice to see the usual Graham dummy spit towards the end as well...

| Graham's blow up at Silverwood was the comedy highlight of the season (except there is nothing funny about it really in this sport) and the best bit is, it was probably a good call by the official, although I'd have to watch it again a few times to be sure.

Graham - and Eastmond - seem to have some sort of protected species status when it comes to dissent. Both of them frequently mouth off in an aggressive manner at match officials seemingly without punishment.

| Yet when kev sidles up to the ref to ask about an infringment he is decried as a moaning, whinging get.
The nearest ive seen Kev lose it was when Mr Tompkin used the arm trapping move on him in the playoffs and even then it was mild.

I've seen him lose it 2 or 3 times with ref's but don't ever recall him swearing. He does have a right to question the ref being captain though. Graham is bringing footballer type behaviour to the game and needs bringing down a peg or two.

Graham is ginger, so he's exempt. Everyone knows gingers have a shorter fuse than most. I guess that evens it out for graham, after being 'gifted' with the worst genetics know to man, pale, ginger and tubby.

| I still think you'd write off Sts next year at your peril. If they stay fit, they'll effectively have 5 better players in their squad than they had available in the GF. Even this year, take out both of Wigan's halfbacks and is anyone sure the result would have been the same?

| Saints are considerably stronger next year - injury crisis permitting.
They've upgraded significantly in some areas where they were arguably weak in 2010 even before injuries hit.
Unless Leeds do the same they'll be scrambling to make the top 4 in 2011 IMO behind Wigan, Saints and Warrington.

We're 2 players light at the moment, I'd expect at least 1 external signing really.

With a new South Stand to pay for and two weeks passed since the end of Leeds season, the silence coming out of Headingley regarding 2011 recruitment is deafening...

We're still some pace in the backs short of winning finals though.
Our only pace in the backs comes from our halves, with a bit of zip from Shenton.
