Correct.. the three games that have reached half time will not be included.

Fair enough - was only about 10 mins in when I started typing, having clean forgot earlier, but my internet kept freezing and it finally ended up getting posted far later than it should've been. I figured they wouldn't be allowed, but thought I may as well include them anyway. Sorry.

What's the policy on edited posts after games have completed?

I would say disqualification from the week as the games have started and scores are in and shouldnt be changed once the first game commences. Would be classed as cheating IMO.

How would you know if that had happened though?



Either way I would agree that the editing of posts after the commencement of the round should result in some form of action. For a first offence I'd adopt a similar stance you have just taken with Hyperbolic with his late entry this week. Perhaps issue a yellow card and disqualify the games started/completed at the time of the edit. Any future indiscretion then resulting in a red card and the loss of that week's entry.

I can see post the post in question and, luckily he hasnt won any of the games on friday (won by getting 3 points instead of 1) I understand your way though of yellow card/red card.

I'm happy to confirm that I edited my entry after the completion of the games on Friday.

The editing consisted of me adding my sponsor no.

Having been away on holiday for nearly 3 weeks I only discovered where to find my sponsor no. late on Friday night.

Despite what some on here may think I'm not such a fool or dishonest enough to consider changing scores after the event.

Indeed if I were to do that surely I'd have done a better job than I appear to have done.

If you feel that merits a yellow or red card so be it.

No need really to reply to my input here.



I asked the competition administrator for clarification where an edit occurs after matches have started and/or been completed.



Given the strength of his initial reaction/ruling I made a suggestion which attempted to find a more balanced approach.



What action, if any, is taken will be a matter for him.

For what it's worth and only in my opinion, in order to protect the integrity of the competition, any late and/or edited entries should (in every circumstance) invalidate any prediction for any game that has already kicked off.
