strange thing is that pryce is not playing even close to his best but IMO has still been 1 of our better players in this rough patch.
Pryce makes good yards and does his tackling. Pryce, Kyle and roby look like only players that can make a break.
IMO Kyle, longy and pryce all need to play in starting 13 in order to win at old Trafford. |

I used to take this view, but I'm not sure it's true.
Some of the games where Pryce has been accused of "hiding" on here he has put in massive defensive stints, akin to Wilkin.
Admittedly he sometimes doesn't impress as much as we know he can with ball in hand, but he doesn't hide. |

tbh I think when saints are in top gear pryce brings alot to the party. When they fail to get on top and dominate you don't notice him. Kyle seems more of a live wire who can create something against the grain whatever the conditions.

To be fair to our halfbacks it's pretty hard to create anything when our pack comes off 2nd best most weeks.
If any team kicks deep we struggle to get out of our half.
If I'm being honest it's the worst pack saints have had since super league started and will be worse off next year when gilmour goes.

That's why I would play longy and eastmond at halfbacks and pryce at loose or even centre.
I have my doubts over if pryce and eastmond at halfback will work next year. |
