I agree, Wire have got to learn to play for 80mins, they play for 55mins and only manage 14 points, Saints step into overdrive for 25 mins and score 26 points. When Saints scored those first 6 points it was game over for the Wire. Also Penny will never make a Rugby League player.

I disagree. He can't defend at the moment as everyone knows, but the minute he learns to defend (which will come with experience) then he will become a very good Rugby League player. As much as i dislike him, he has the potential to become a very good RL, especially with his speed.



Maybe with experience and some decent training (which he doesn't seem to get at Wire), he would improve a lot.

Mr Penny would have been a legend had he come through at Wigan in their glory days. He is an awesome finisher, but being put under pressure with such an incredibly weak centre does him no good. He fails to handle basic defensive situations and for a kid who's supposedly got a basketball background, his hands are terrible.



I would agree that a move to a team with a proper coaching setup is something he should look into.

I think what has been said about Penny on here has a ring of truth. He reminds me of Martin Offiah, just without the defensive qualities. I think they'll come with time, I'll be watching him for improvement as time goes on.

This Fishta guy must be one really bitter and twisted dude to come out with this 'the ref and video ref are biased towards Saints' conspiracy theory crap. Watch the match again son in an objective manner and you will see that Smith and the Video ref made equally bad decisions for both sides.

Simple matter is, the Wolfs put the cue on the rack after 47 minutes, thinking it was game over. When will they ever learn (or win)?
