I have heard a lot of saints fans coming up with reasons/excuses as to why we have not won one of the last 5 grand finals but that one is the most laughable yet. Saints did not win the grand final because their hookers were crap. Sorry mate but not having that.
Maybe Saints should phone wigan and offer a swap deal. Roby for Micky Mac. We will even throw in Meli to sweeten the deal

Except Tommy didn't play hooker in that game. Wigan started with Mickey Mac and used Piggy Riddell as interchange. Your point still stands though they were both better than Cunningham and Roby on the night. |

Roby is a quality Hooker but would be 3rd choice for Australia behind Smith and Farah imo. Id love to see him have a shot in the NRL where i suspect he will go whenever his contract ends at saints.
