I really hope they don't rush Eastmond back to play in this.

So at best it looks like we'll be without Eastmond, Graham, Roby, Wilkin, Soliola, Maurie, Gardner for the game against Hudds - don't see us getting much out of that one!

Interesting to see Gareth Widdop in there. Has he been turning out for Melbourne this season?

He played last week i think, and scored.

Widdop played for the Storm this weekend. Its a strong squad. However, it does leave us short for the Huddersfield game! Especially has they have no players in the England squad which is perhaps suprising. Although there is probably only Lunt I would pick and he is injured!

Scruton as the apparent 4th choice prop raises an eyebrow for me. Picking a 17 from that I'd be using Burgess as a prop and including Westwood, Tomkins, Ellis and O'Loughlin as your back row (actually, you could probably let Westwood and Burgess share the 4th prop responsibilities).

McGuire and Westwood to miss out. If Eastmond isn't fit, then McGuire in for him.

McBanana's use of Sinfield in this match and the future will be interesting to see.



We shouldn't have to have a Sinfield at 13 to help (or even boss) the halves, but in the past we've needed it as they generally haven't had enough smarts (with the exception of the couple of times sean long's turned up).



Will the gaffer thrust the weight of responsibility on the shoulders of young sensations Kyle and Sam, or will he go with the safer option of letting Sinfield guide us round the park.



IMO until we're capable of making the first option work, then we're never going to compete with the big boys at international level.
