If we signed him then we stuck with deacon next season, he`s got pace and takes line on but havent seen him do much else, he`d spend next yr in reserves and then is hopefully deacons successor..would much rather sign someone who can take over from deacon now..brough, long etc.

We could always play one of our own youth's when we need it.

Next year will be (yet another) transisitional year as we build a squad capable of winning the championship in 2025.

But seriously, why would we sign him if he is not going to be played?

He will be 20 next year, he is not a kid.

And got good enough yet for sl...maybe a yr or so down line but not even as good as deacon at mo.

Poor lad. We put him in the first team and couldn't cut it. So he took his bat and ball back to the Whinos. When the going got tough he got out.
