Clubs usually only announce a player is leaving at this time of year if their new club is about to announce their signing. Briscoe isn't better than Kearney and not a massive improvement on Royston either so can't see him coming to us. Halves and centre have got to be our priority. Expect briscoe and Anderson to be announced for widnes and catalans respectively in next couple of days.

Briscoe sounds perfect for us - an average player who is not quite as good as he was, in a position we have plenty of cover for. I'll expect to see him in a Bulls shirt very soon.

I realise what you mean but seeing as all SL Players (apart from catalans) ones are in uk, The need to mention uk SL to me implies a British player. Time will tell.
