Please not Smith. I would rather have the bloke that came before him and did the actual coaching - Elliot. Smith was just a figurehead. Didn't he only stay a year which meant he knew after a few months he would be leaving. To me Smith is just a wanderer living on a reputation that I can't actually remember where he gained it.
