Seriously though I thought we would only open full ground for top two or three in terms of travelling attendances. Obviously green done his sums and thinks it viable for more than that. Wonder if he's got his own company providing stewarding next year, in which case he might be doing that at cost and hoping to make up difference with bigger attendances.

I remember when you used to laugh at Huddersfield ( who are now a massive club compaired to the dulls) crowds and now your into Keighley, how the not so mighty have fell.

Huddersfield a massive club? They have crowds of 5000, no trophies, yes they are in SL so if that is the only criteria, yes, they are massive

Slightly off topic but when the Bulls invented superleague I noticed all these other clubs copied us in changing their names. Leeds rhinos, Warrington wolves, New York Giants etc.. Some more successfully than other Halifax for example being a complete and utter failure.



But this Keighley club who seem obsessed with us have a name that sounds good. Keighley Cougars. I like it it's certainly a good example of a club taking our superleague ideas and doing it well.
