Bradford Bulls 28-40 Warrington Wolves
Good reponse and a much improved performance from what we have seen over the last three weeks, the passion, pride were all there but it's the same old, same old story.
Plenty of effort and endeavor from one to seventeen but the fragile defence and lack of concentration are leaving us just too much to do and with that the game goes.
That said I'm proud of the players and if we keep playing like this, we'll win more than we lose and it's Castleford up next and the chance to build momentum for the play-offs.
Nick Scruton has suspected ligament damage which if true would be a massive blow, if we have room for anymore.
The effort from the Bradford youngsters playing, covering for the injuries was outstanding and take a bow young Southernwood.
Just look at the eight British youngsters who have come through this season or last: Southernwood, Kopzcak, Whitehead, Crossley, Addy, Olbison, Wardle, Donaldson and that's before you mention the Burgess brothers who will be ready for next season.
There is exciting times coming our way.
Tonight we saw a performance where we can wear the famous red, amber and black with pride.

| A very enjoyable loss - if that makes sense?
Plenty of effort by the Bulls against a team that can (and did) score tries from nothing and anywhere
Kopczak had his best game for a long time, hopefully he can maintain this form into the next game. Good to see Crossley have a bit of game time, he should take a lot of positives out of his performance - took some big hits. Whilst Addy was only on for a bit, he looks to be a very skillful player who can only be an asset for us in years to come
The imports all put there hands up and we scored some cracking tries too.
How many Bradfordians were out there? I counted 5 but not sure where Addy is from? Olbison's a Leeds lad I think

Well considering we're on here seeing the positives in good performance from an extremely inexperienced squad. And your mate comes on here looking for bites - seems fair enough to me pal

| Well done tonight, it was a very good effort in the cicrumstances that you find yourself in with injuries. We were very poor, probably as poor as I've seen us this season but some of that has to go down to the way Bradford played, you just didn't let us settle into the game. However I do think if Riley had caught that ball and put it over the line to make it 16-0 It would have been a different game.
You should have enough to get into the 8 with Langley and Lynch due back soon enough?

"Interesting note. A quick totting up of rough salary cap values of today's teams, Warr prob around double that of the Bulls"
Connor's latest tweet. I think we did pretty well, considering.

| What did i tell you ?
I said twice on one of these topics saying we wont hammer you and we didn't.
40-28 flattered us tbh. We didnt play that well , you could call it a ugly win maybe we had an eye on next weeks game against leeds.
It was a great effort from you today.

| Really proud to be a Bull tonight. That sort of performance is the sort that should hopefully now lift the team into a run of victories. Place people in their proper positions and the team do better. Our pack missed Langley and Lynch. that's all it needed tonight.

I agree with all that.
Addy looked good - his one handed take when we were on the break being his best bit.
Crossley hasn't taken a backwards step yet and he doesn't go down from hits (even from the big wire forwards)
Koppy played like a man his size should today, lets hope he keeps it up.
