Addy was excellent against Sheffield and with the praise Lowes heaped on him, I just can't see him being moved from Scrum-Half. If Lowes does move Addy to accommodate Siejka, then it would probably mean moving him to LF, which would mean Pitts would have to move, and so on. It was a good performance last week and I would change as little as possible. Obviously, the injury to Mullaney has forced us into a change, but I expected Nielsen to come in for Henry anyway.



So, Caro and Nielsen in for Mullaney and Henry. Baile and Siejka to miss out on being in the 17.

I really hope not. Gaskell is a very good player, but he is not a full-back. Clare looked solid enough there in the last 20 minutes against Sheffield so he'd be my first choice for this one.

Don't know, Jimmy has always backed Siejka, I think he'll start and move Addy to 13. It would be a gamble and I'm with Broadybull, if it doesn't pay off and Siejka has another annonymius performance, and we miss out on promotion, I don't think Siejka or Lowes will be forgiven. This match is that crucial.



Wakey's squad doesn't worry me. We have the better back line, and have far more speed than them.

Discipline will win us this match and I hope Lowes is hammering that message home in training. Wakey don't have anyone who can go full length, and by all accounts their kicking game has been poor. But if we start piggy backing them down field and giving them sets on our line, that's when Tim Smith excels and could really hurt us. Keep them at their end of the field, Smith is limited in what he can do.



Also can't see Lowes picking Gaskell at FB as he has never ever picked him there in the entire time he has been coach. Clare will be FB with Caro and Williams on wings.

If we can get them under pressure and snuff out any possible high bombs then Clare should be fine, may work with his speed from deep.



On purtell his and williams' inter play is a joy sometimes so id have him over Blythe who doesnt seem to bring the winger into the game, need a strong 2nd rower on their side to beef up the defense.

Think there's still a question mark over Godinet's fitness.



Johnstone is a surprise. He's been one of their good performers this season IMO, of which there aren't that many.
