Wow - are they day returns? Best I can get from North Wales is £66 return, need direct trains - not 2 changes and ending up missing connections.

For anyone thinking of staying just got a family room for Wembley Premier Inn for £49.

Been trying to find those prices online today and can't. Best price I can find is £23.50 single going down from Manc, £35.00 single coming back up.

London Midland have a special deal going on called 'The Great Escape' only £10 for any journey on their train network. OK if you live near Liverpool, Crewe or the Midlands. Not exactly Virgin times taking over 3 hours from Crewe to Euston stopping at most stations on route but not bad for a tenner.
