The way I'm reading it, it Steve has got through, only one person will be getting an email saying that their nomination is through, and everyone else will et the message above. May be a while 'til that person appears on this thread. On the positive side, if Steve has made this level of the cut, and as the BBC link suggests, they are now going to be judged on merit rather than ballot, then he must be in with a good chance of progressing.
