Well, the government aren't calling it in and have handed the prject back to the council so that's step one out of the way.
As for finances, based on the companies due to sign up those aren't an issue either.
But hey, it's more of a pipe dream than the Trojan horse for warehousing you call Newmarket right? |

I still remember Oakwell being the answer many years ago but they only played one game ther to appease the RFL at the time and went back to Belle Vue.
Have you noticed that NRL clubs are playing at their former grounds where feasible.
Perhaps the people who run the game may not be the experts they thought they were/are!

Why worry about Wakefield? They are headed for the Championship anyway.
Mind you, it would be good for Wakefield to have a stadium that is at least of Championship quality for the 2016 or 2017 seasons.
