Yeah i know that and maybe i have over reacted but it just gets me down when people just go with the sole intention of slagging our players and the club off!!!

Sorry to say I know what Choc means. Some of our support is becoming more & more like a bleating women's institute meeting, they seem to think we have a divine right to win every game & cry at even the slightest thing which goes wrong. So DJ is out of form right now - get over it & back him. God forbid if anyone drops the ball - the end of the fecking world. Presumably the same people who come on this board & are all marketing experts, imagine cause they think they would buy the club if they were rich there is a huge queue of people waiting to do so, & know all the latest training & coaching techniques better than anyone actually involved in the game.



One simple rule for being a fan - back the shirts from zero to 80. Or don't bother.

Sick of hearing "I pay my money, I can say/shout/do what I like" from people who do absolutely nothing to support the team but then have the cheek to sing "Salford 'til I die"?!

Or.. maybe we should be glad of the few we have left, I could have had a chat to every Salford fan individually at Bradford yesterday.

On the otherside of the coin there is another thread on here currently quoting how its about time those players brought in on big contracts need to start earning them. As has also been said I'm sure JAW isn't exactly having a barrel of laughs at some of those said players performances. One thing is for sure no matter what one supporters thoughts are to another it can never be a time at SCR to start asking supporters to stay away

Agreed. Don't want anyone to stay away, just want some (unfortunately a very vocal minority) to earn the title of 'supporters' by supporting the team, rather than just hurling mindless abuse ..... and yes, that includes when we're not playing well.

I'm seriously thinking of going finding something else to do if I'm being totally honest.

I dont go anywhere near as often as a) i used to and b) most on here do and to be honest I don't miss it. I sometimes miss the day's out but most certainly don't miss the rugby!
