i thought godwin was are best player but messed that up with a mad moment. are discipline is shocking pre season shows this .

apparently on twitter Godwin apologised and said he was just sticking up for his team mate

well i reckon he is in for at least a 3 match ban now , and let all his team mates down big time. The only good thing is Ratchford may get a decent run out.

i meant him sticking up for his team mate ( by giving a real cheap shot) , he has now probably let the rest of his team mates down for prob at least 3 games , and from the way Mcraes mind works , the only chance Ratchford would be in his team is if Holdsworth , Smith or godwin got injured or suspended.

just got back and read all these comments, really cant believe ppl arent talking more about the way Schifcofske ran after nero, after he did nothing wrong. godwin ran over and it was a slap to say the least. i aint condoning it but if Schifcofske hadnt been a mard for bein put on his then nothing wouldve happened!



anyway need to really buck there ideas up otherwise bottom me thinks. hopefully we will turn it round and send willows off the way it should!

I'll tell you something, Godwin almost pulled out of doing it at the last second, that's how sneidy it was. The lad lost the plot for a few seconds and let us all down.

As for Schifcofske, he suspected that he had been taken out in a bad way (and whilst infact he hadn't) the guy saw red and responded. That being said, he actually did nothing at all wrong when he caught up with Nero.

The only player totally in the wrong was Godwin, and he'll have to take his medicine.

well i think the only reason Schifcofske couldnt do anything is because all the players joined in. sorry you cant just do that in a game go running after someone and grab them. if like you say he thought he had been took out then he took the law into his own hands should play to the whistle. then again how would you like it if i ran after you grabbed hold of you whilst the game was playing. i know godwin shouldnt have done what he did. at the end of day Schifcofske started something that should have never happened. just my point of view.

Neros head connected with shifckofskies cheek , by accident , the Aussie took it to be deliberate , it was calming down when Godwin

decided to intervene , as I pointed out earlier , poor show from Alker as Godwin left the pitch

Very out of character for Wagga, he will feel worse about it than anyone else.

He will get 3 games but you will be without three first team players now for the next game. A kick up the for Wayne and stay behind after training with the law layed down me thinks. I have to say there looks like a bit of frustration in the team to me but that is the first game of the season and it will get better. It better had or I will be wasting my money coming to watch you lot. Chins up Reds.
