Be careful what you wish for people said we wouldn't get near 10k for the final game and we passed it easy in the end
what we are forgetting its not just open to salford supporters I heard Bupa and various other organisations and the council have promoted this event so you just never know how many people will rock up
I agree 1000 is a big ask but 50 from one organisation and 50 from another only needs a few and suddenly its within touching distance.
We shall see I surpose but its worth getting in the £25 in early to guarantee a spot by the 2nd December. |

WTF!? fella the crowd was 146 over 10k, I wouldn't say easily passed it! I would expect them to say "tickets are going fast" it doesn't mean it's true, it's a very old selling technique, make people believe their missing out on something and hope they bite. |

| Reading between the lines (as I can't be d reading the whole thread or openning another window) is somebody seriously requesting people to raise £25.00 and walk to the new stadium to watch a non event, just so they can say they had the privilidge of attending the first openning and game of the new stadium? 
I'm sure even Jeremy Beadle couldn't have thought that up or that indeed Dick Turpin is still alive?
Hope I'm wrong and I've missed something here, apologise if so 
P.S. If I'm to assume the money is being raised for charity fair do's to the charity, I hope they get plenty. Sorry I won't be donating. |
