The big announcement was the news that another four players are leaving and it will be saving Marwan a right butty.

The announcement is probably that there's going to be an announcement. Then we'll have a 6 week build up to the real anouncement, at a press conference, but everyone will know who's signed by then anyway.



It's got precedent anyway.

I know to some it won't matter that much but to me it is one of the reasons I'm falling out of love with Salford.



First there was meant to be one announcement yesterday, this was then cancelled as another was going to be made today at the same time.



Shouldn't be hard to organise something like this, if one of the announcements isn't possible at the least drop one and help build up the tension on the second.



The little things that can be done so easily still seem just that little bit more tricky to Salford than they need to be.

Why make an announcement there's going to be an announcement, you don't really see other clubs doing it.



The lack of updates today from the club is what rankles most, just looks amateurish to me.

Sometimes it takes longer to get a target over the line and signed on the dotted line then people think, maybe certain people can't get to a meeting etc... we're safe give over for a week or two and let things settle,, as I put we are SAFE !! That's all that matters enjoy not having to go into the last game praying on other results. The announcement will come when it comes it could be many a thing I understand why people are getting annoyed but maybe other options have become available now it's drawing to the last game of the season

Not fussed about waiting for an announcement, but like MR says, the Club should be more professional and not stoke the fires until everything's sorted. It annoys fans and makes the Club look unprofessional. The Club would be better just saying nothing then blowing their load when everything is done and dusted.

In a lot of areas, yes.

Not bothered about quick announcement more interested in the right type of announcement/recruitment, if it means no news for a few weeks I will take this all day long. On too many occasion the club have made foolish statements shooting from the hip before thinking what they want to announce correctly, for me this has been part of the problem, we have finally achieved our goal in a difficult season surely we can wait a bit longer.
