Although I'm curious if the info about an announcement even came from the club? I saw it mentioned on here and social media but I didn't see it from any official sources.

I don't understand why it's so difficult for some to understand.

Yes personally I think some supporters are just desperate to find some new found optimism and enthusiasm to continue following the club next year. It's kind of understandable really after another season of underachievement, months of negative publicity and so many high profile players choosing to leave the club.



We have been disappointing on the pitch again this year and an amateur laughing stock off it. If this club is going to improve and progress people at the club need to be much more professional and learn how to prevent so much bad publicity leaking out into the public domain. Disciplines need to be put in place, talk about self destruction we are our own worst enemies. There's more gossip and scandal surrounding our club than there is on Loose Women.

It was an statement from the clubs twitter feed that said there was going to be announcement.

Don't you think there is a good chance that we will have missed out on our main targets due to having to secure our SL position?

I'd like to think that the Club would be recruiting like any other Club, with targets not signing until SL status was secured. I think that's the only difference with our situation. So I don't think we'll miss out on anyone as talks with players and their agents (spit) will have begun a while ago.

I am led to believe the announcement was delayed as there's a couple nearly but not quite over the line.

So with that in mind other info as follows, Sheens staying is the big one.

At the risk of cynicism and vitriolic responses my 'decent source' also tells me new signings are Lui, Murdoch-Masila (sic), Corey Parker, Flanagan, O'Brien, Monaghan and Carney or Massey obviously not both.

Corey Parker would be awesome signing a good Cool old head who's also a terrific rugby player fair play if you capture him!

Good God sign Parker and I'd be ecstatic, brilliant rugby player, food kicker and a killer off load. He'd also go straight to captain for me.



If he is one then you see straight away the Sheens effect on the signings, doubt he would have come without him pulling the strings.

Its all about Mr Sheens mate, players want to play for him...including the English guys, his reputation within the game is second to none.



As for the gent who posted earlier, not aware of anyone refusing to sign at all, just needed to tie Sheens up first.



Also Hansen met Leigh last night I am led to believe although the door is still open if he wishes.



Cory Reni and probably Chase are all bound for Leigh..comment about Reni not wanting to play to SL standard is spot on, fair play to him.



The other two must be drawn to outspoken Chairmen...and by outspoken I obviously mean gobe.

Oh that's it remembered, think the other signing is Kopczak.



Hope I wasn't being fed crap but he's usually 100% accurate so don't doubt him on any of them, guess we will find out in five days or so.
