You shouldn't need to record them. They should be available on demand immediately just like all the NRL games are on my Watch NRL subscription. It's bonkers in 2025 that people are talking of recording...

Do sky have an on demand player like terrestrial channels do & where you can get stuff on demand?

Yes they do but last season I only saw one full game on there and it was not us. Not even that many highlights games. The catch up was just as bad.
