when running forwards out of acting half back is simply devastating,tackles like a demon in defence.

when at first receiver in attack is completely hopeless,poor passing,shocking kicking.

he would be the ideal interchange hooker but he wasn't signed for that and his wages way exceed his use to the team,simply he doe's not perform enough in the pivotal role he is playing in.

he will leave without giving us all enough memories but i still think that he would of been capable of more had he not been a stop gap signing filling in where he was not most comfortable.

mathers,king or harrison should of been mom today,all 3 had tremendous games,onwards and upwards,imagine how good we'll be when we finally click.

his defence alone won him mom, his runs from dummy half were brilliant. he's tough as old boots, your right tache he's a hooker not a number 7!

I wish someone would take the ball off him whenever we get a penalty, someone must be able to kick it further than him.



For me, he was starting to look like a pretty weak link in a decent side in the first half. He did redeem himself in the second half, running the show at times no doubt but some of his passing in the first half, the one that led to the interception especially, was woeful.



His defending is second to none mind.

First half he was appaling, but second half with Monas at Hooker and Clarke at Scrum Half we were much better. Tbh i thought monas changed the game from hooker, creating the first try and playing a major role in the second, his defence was top notch again. Sadly, this wasnt what he was brought over here for, so we are not getting what we wanted from him. I wouldnt have picked Monaghan as MOM either i would have gone for anyone of King, Harrison, L.Anderson or Mathers.

from now on i would play clarke at 7 and monas at 9

Yes and can we do it from the start of the game as well please.

as the above poster mentioned Mathers Morley King and Harrison where quite simply in a different league today......Monaghan was a disgrace nothing more nothing less, the sooner he goes home the better this club will become.....
