I can understand worries about Featherstone when thinking back to THAT Hull KR game, BUT...
Rovers were possibley the best team ever to play in the NL and on the day everything they tried came off, every bounce of the ball seemed to go their way, and Wire played possibley the worst that I have seen them play in over 30 years of watching them. Yet we only lost by a couple of points.
We can't afford to be complacent, but the current Featherstone side, and THAT Rovers side are completely different 'animals'!

The same can be said of Paul Cullen and Tony Smith.
I dont think for one minute that Tony would allow another 'KR' to happen.
Back then Wire were a rudderless ship and the shipmates were running amock doing whatever they wanted. Times have changed. |

Plus they had Justin Morgan as coach, and he even managed to guide Toulouse to the Semi finals.
Obviously no match is a "given" but this isn't far off. There's a reason the bookies have given us a 28 point start. |

Could be made up but there was a lot of background to the rumour which gave it legs. |
