Jealousy is a terrible thing rogues.

Top player, but it is another 30+ yr old to add to a fair few already. It's fine currently in the immediate future, but what if/when they will all have to leave within a fairly short period of time? That'll leave a large chunk of your side disappearing in one go?



We've got a bit of a similar potential scenario at Wigan this year, though possibly not to the extreme. We may be losing Deacon, Carmont, Coley all to retirement, as well as Gleeson (gone) and potentially Hoffman (NRL), that's a lot of experience to be ripped out of the team at once.

Lets judge him after a season,he could turn out to be the top player we all know he is.Or he could flop like past imports .

Our players around 30 all won't leave at the same time.... It will be a staggered process.... And we will probably replace them with excellent players if the current signing policy remains.... We have a good youth setup now.... And a few quid to bring in the players that the coach wants.

The way i see it forwards are usually(not always) better at 27+

Having an old squad doesn't bother me as long as that old sqaud is always doing the business.

Any way from i gather Morley Is signing for Salford for next season.So thats one less 30+ on Wire books

But Anderson is only 26 or 27, why replace him with a 31 year old? Are there any good young forwards coming through in the U20's side?
