Suprised you aren't cracking open the bubbly already. TBH that lad is probably one of the most enthusiastic, yet honest youngster I have ever seen play the game, yet a section of Wires fans seem to love shooting him down at every opportunity.

So you would want him to play at Wembley after his terrible performance against Wakefield? 
Penny needs more time to develop, the SL and Challenge Cup final especially are not the right places for that to happen.
Am I glad he is injured - No i dont wish that on anyone.

Yes, because I'd let the Wakey performance go. The way to crack the Giants is around the outside, which means you need pace and lots of it - he's got it.

FYI - as sad as it is to see the team pick up another injury Penny would not have made the 17 for the final - his inclusion in this tournament pretty much ensured that this was the case. |
