Solomona will be an excellent signing for you if he can stay fit, my heart was in my mouth every time he had the ball, but i think we managed to control him well.



Most of our team have been playing alongside each other for a couple of years, whereas yours had a few new faces in which will take a while to settle down.

I don't like to take too much out of friendlies or pre season games. After the Leigh game I thought there was too much hype coming out of the media and this forum at times about Myler and Atkins. It wasn't pretty tonight, but in my opinion both of these sides will make the top four come September so I wouldn't worry too much at the moment. In fact, if we lose to Quins I wouldn't worry because they'll have had a competitive game a week before us. Only when we get to rounds 5/6 and we haven't won or performed, would I start to panic. So long as we perform, the result will take care of itself come the start of the season.

I don't think any sane people were going overboard after the Leigh game. Can't comment too much as I haven't either of our games so far, but no need to panic after a friendly defeat. We will be there or there abouts challenging for honours at the end of the season.

I thought Matt King again put another good shift in for us, seemed to alternate with Atkins in the 2nd half, pity Louis pass found Roberts. Would of liked to see us throw the ball around a bit more seeing as it was a friendly - instead of on the floor. Ben Harrison looks like he's in for a good season.
