At this point in his career if Graham leaves Saints for anyone but the NRL he's a fool. It's the only place to prove yourself as a world class player - Moz did it & became the best forward in the world, Gareth Ellis did it and won player of the season at Wests, Sam Burgess showed in the 4 Nations how much he will improve playing alongside and against the best in the world on a weekly basis. Stuart Fielden went to Wigan...

This saga has at least kept everyone busy during the dark times of the "off season". The squad we have been building would have to shredded to get Graham under the cap. Surely were not prepared to do that? We will struggle with props during the season with niggley injuries alone, we are far to light in number/quality. Lets now concentrate on who will be fit within our squad for the first league game! In the meantime we can sit back and watch the shambles that will be the pre season matches against Widnes and Leigh, support Woody in his testamonial game and then see how good we really are in the league.

I'm sure Tony Smith has it all in hand....





Personally, I can see it becoming the season when Mike Cooper makes a big mark on the competition and also Adam Neal will get to see some more game time.



Certainly, if we are ever going to have a big year then the youngsters will have to step up at some point...

I couldnt agree more... i really do believe that Cooper is going to have an immense season. He has all the attributes to go right to the top in the game... he seems to have everything.. good speed, great hands and hard in the tackle.. each week he gets bigger and stronger as well.



It must be great for a young talent like Cooper to work closely with Morley day in day out.

haven't noticed. The biggest compliment that you can pay him is that you don't notice when Morley & Carvell go off.



He's actually been better than those two in a number of games this year.
