All from a sensible chap I've known for years.

Got to be something fishy going on with Gasnier. Who quits the game at that age? I thought it might be union.



Morley wouldn't quit to play for Salford. He might retire though, he's clearly not the Moz of old, he's done IMO.

Morley's testimonal year so can't see that hapening maybe the year after though

re: the persistant Rangi Chase rumours, we dont need another half back, Briers has still got another two years left in him and we've got the likes of Gaz O'Brien coming through the ranks who looks a cracking prospect not to mention the signing of Stefan Ratchford who is not quite the finished article yet has got time on his side to fulfil his undoubted potential

Do Warrington have any room on quota to bring in a overseas?

The worry I do have with Chase at times is that it all feels a little 'style over subtsance'. I find myself watching him thinking he manages to look the simple things look a lot harder than they are.

I think Chase is better at stand off with a good organising scrum half alongside him, just like in the Exiles game when he had Thomas Leulai with him, and for Cas where he has Danny Orr with him, at the end of the day that's where he won the MOS award and the SL dream team entry, so why do England play him as main organising scrum half.

No point in spending on someone you don't think you'll need at the start of the year. Always handy to have some cap space available for a mid-season purchase in case of injury (or sackings), especially when you don't have to worry too much about paying transfer fees for players as well.

We don't really NEED another player in all honesty.... I know some people would like to see a signing to replace King.... But we already have the players in the club to cover that departure.



I think the ratchford signing will turn out to be a great one..... one thing we have been lacking is a 6 in Briers absence..... we have one now.... one that can also play centre and fullback. Perfect fit for our squad.
