Why on earth would I want to pay money to watch a SL game that means absolutely nothing at all to either team, adding money to the coffers of a greedy closed shop league that doesn't give a toss about clubs in the Championship. I've even bought an Aussie jersey so I can watch them stuff English SDL player in the World Cup.

Let's all pay Salford money and cheer Wakefield on. Let's all cheer an England team on made up completely of SL players. These players, especially Peacock, and these clubs would vote against any Championship club getting a place in SL. A policy of "I'm alright Jack" that will see the demise of Leigh and many other Championship clubs in the next few years. Hunslet and York are already becoming reserve teams for SL. Look how sad it is for Oldham, they used to be an excellent team. Oldham isn't even a hotbed of Rugby League anymore, that's what greedy SL has done for the game.

Whatever your feelings about Sooper Dooper League, the fact is that Salford will be paying LSV for the privilege of using their stadium tomorrow. And that has to be good for LSV which, in turn, is also good for Leigh Centurions, as LSV are a major 'sponsor' of our club.

Yes a few of us gave to the save Leigh fund and also joined L.I.S.A last year.

Always had a lot of time for Leigh RLFC.
