That plus young Twamley went well on his debut, and the money Yorky boy had Sam on is now being saved, the lad wanted first team rugby now he may get it, I only wish someone had taken that other lumps (Stewart) salary off our hands but didn't.

Stewart hasn't played in the 1st team for ages, Reay one of the best..... what total rubbish, a complete waste of good (very good) money, I'll agree Donlan isn't worth what we are paying him but Reay better, shudda gone to specsavers son.

Donlan is worth what we're paying him but he isn't a centre and hasn't been fit for ages. The club is in such a state that we can't give him the time out of the side to get fit and he is continually played out of position.



I just hope we stay up because he'll be an important player next season when Millward returns.

look at reays trys for matches played then look at madens stantons stewards donlans record and then lets see the defencive record for all the team how many trys have we let in cant blame reay for that one off the biggist waste of money is armistead unfit all year but plays week in week out

YES - done more in his few games than Stewart, Maden & Donlan have all season - doesn't matter where you've played all your career we're talking about THIS season and those three have done nowt!

Sorry folks when Stuart has played in his position of full back, his positional and defensive play was first class.

I can't believe what some people watch. Reay was shocking on defence and attack and it was plain to see from day one.

Sam wasn't at Wigan during Ian Millward's brief reign.

Said it all along stevo people see what they want to see not whats in front of them, I would prefer Sam to Stewart but then again Stewart isnt getting a place either, Donlan is a full back or wing, full stop but better defensively than Sam,what chance did Sam have of getting a first team shirt? Slim at the most, much better to have someone else paying his wage.He is a player Millward wouldn't want, and he cant really be compared with Maden as maden is an out and out Winger NOT a centre, and what with Rudd and Alstead coming back hopefully, the odd one out (no one came in for Stewart and no one can force a player to go anywhere) was Sam.

Blackpool seem to have done very well out of the Leigh area in there player recruitment.

Certainly helped them climb to a position many wouldn't have thought possible, decent coach getting some decent moves out of players who appear unwanted.

Lets hope IM starts doing that when he arrives back at Leigh
