Top bloke and a real grafter,always had that aggression that little players always seem to have.His strong point was his defence and kicking game think most teams score on the side watto is not defending on.Also played well at hooker for Wales.

Watto has always given 100% for our team. Sometimes as a playmaker he has been mis-read in certain moves but I blame the other players for not being on the same wavelength. He tackles way above his weight, hardly misses a tackle and still tries to orchetrate the team in general. Been immense for us this season and without him we would've been a poorer side. If he goes to Swinton next year then I think that they will be a force to be reckoned with. He doesn't miss many games through injury and when he gets injured just bounces up and carries on. Tonigt he got a poke in the eye then got up to make three tackles defending our line. He will be sorely missed and is a great professional in his own right. The guy deserves the accolades and I wish him well for he future. |

Watto has been the heart of legh this season if it hadnt been for the effort that watto has put in we would have been relagated top player who always gives 100% if he had a decent stand off at the side of him he would look an even better player (i for one dont think Hemmingway is good enough) Watto will be missed |

| Deserves a good send off from the Leythers IMO , Agree with a lot of comments on here .
A few strange plays last night and the pop up or hospital pass happened a few times , but other than that some good moves , strong running , gave 100% and at times tackled like a demon  , late on in 2nd half keeping the frogs pinned back he made 3 or 4 tackles in a row in the same set.
Hope he plays like that in our remaining games and hope the team keep up their better defence that we saw yesterday  |
