Think maybe its best to use football grounds in future - a more neutral venue regarding clubs.

But have to say the game at our gaff was deffo the worst I have been to for letting club loyalties get in way of supporting England.

I take my wife and 2 young daughters and to be honest, I think you need to give your head a wobble because I'm convinced you're not going to the same games as I am.

Talk about blowing everything out of proportion. I don't like fans who moan every match but I respect them, they paid there money and so they can vent their spleen.



The lads who sing every match are not eveyones cup of tea but to say they are a hooligan element and intimidate away fans is stretching the truth.The Wigan fans near them on Saturday joined in the fun and I've been to loads of Internationals here and abroad and crack between opposing fans is the norm.



Remember this, not one fist was raised in anger on Saturday as always its the internet heroes who become verbally aggressive who cause most upset.



If Leigh fans had not supported the game in big numbers, the crowd would of been sp, the RFL recognised this and I don't think a few chants will cause Leigh RLFC any serious damage at all.

Maybe Twitch, but just lately we have had:-



- Featherstone fans asking to be moved because of intimidation.

- Halifax fans accusing us of racism

- Trouble nearly breaking out at Whitehaven at least in part because Leigh fans were baiting them with 'going down'.

- At a showcase international announcements to our own fans about foul and abusive language and a comment (rightly or wrongly) on Sky about anti Wigan chants.



Hardly a good advertisement for our club and there is only is one common factor in all the above.

Well for once and for a change did not join in the digs at Wigan fans which quite honestly where in jest as most but not all Wiganers in the North stand realised.



Re the match itself I hate one sided encounters (although not this coming Thurday I hope). Had we been playing the Aussies or New Zealand for example I am sure every one attending would have focussed on getting behind our countries team.



I think this is being blown out of all proportion to what occurred and although I know we should always be nice to each other all the time I do not think life' especially at sporting events' is like that. For those really offended well sorry but laughing a bit more and trying to see the other persons point of view might be an idea.

Where did I say they were hooligans. I said they sound like hooligans. With chants of hate and songs with abusive language they come across as hooligans. As for an internet hero if I had been near anyone singing that crap you would have heard me booing it. I sing as loud as the next as long as it not that rubbish. As for head wobble Alex's Dad we obviously have different values. I am not saying mine are correct but singing that tripe is definitely not.
