I think there were hugely exceptional circumstances at Swinton given the snowstorm that started a few hours before kick off. It took me more than 90 minutes to drive from Poolstock to the LSV. |

Salford on the 30th would have hit 2500 with a full corporate and cost us £20k. |

A gate of 2,000+, despite our poor crowds and yours to date. Obviously as it turned out Salford didn't  need their share of the gate, at the time! |
