Not according to an elderly female fev fan on the car park. 6 tries disallowed and Leigh had twice as many penalties. Be gracious in victory you silly mare i wanted to say but i didn't. Just wished them a safe journey home.

She was probably right I made the pen count 17-7 to leigh - what I was trying to say is Stokes was bad for everyone and I suspect that he doesn't have a big downer on Leigh he calls it as he sees it - I disagree with a lot of those decisions but I would am biased for Fev - I just think at times somefans rubbish refs without considering how hard a job it is.



Just an opinion on my part like

13 - 9 penalty count to Leigh

The Leigh fans certainly cant complain about George today , I thought he had a very good game , for we Leigh were the better side in the first half , but Fev upped a gear in the second , we dropped to much ball , and our backs have not enough speed .BY that I mean 2-5 .

Fair play to the officials, they made some big calls today, especially with regards to the disallowed tries. They did manage to miss a HUGE knock on in the tackle in the set of six from which Fev scored their third try, but it's up to the defence to keep them out more than anything.

Matt you cant say Georgie had a bad game today , I thought he was very fair on both sides , we were poor in the second half , I felt we should have been a few in front in the first half , but the best team won today .

We looked good for the first 38 minutes'



Then 5 different players did daft things which they normally do not do.



I thought Antony England's disallowed try was harsh and him going off seemed to galvanise Fev.



We have now lost four games. Fev twice' Fax and Sheffield.



Players not at the races second half so well done Fev.



In conclusion although I agree with Matt about Fev's third try I think as I have said many times players win games not referees.

I was just going for refreshments at the time and as you`ll see on CTV it was a double movement. Fair play to Fev they were the better team over 80 mins.

I didn't say that he had a bad game, I just said they missed what was potentially a pivotal moment in the game, but I did acknowledge that made some very big calls during the game and have to be given credit for that.
