What do people reckon the best day would be to play it? Personally for selfish reason Friday night would be ideal but what would sell the best a Friday night or Sunday afternoon?

My preference would be a Saturday evening or a Sunday afternoon but would imagine as Wigan play Fri evenings it'll be played then. |

Friday night would be best for both the crowd and atmosphere. Wigan fans are more than used (and seemingly prefer) the Friday games, and we can't exactly use travelling distance as an excuse for taking less fans on a Friday in comparison to a Sunday! |

Friday night. It is when our games are usually played and most of our fans prefer friday games to sundays due to atmosphere/routine. You would expect us to make up most of the crowd so friday night would be best. |

Think crowd wise, Friday night seems the best option, early dart from work few beers then putting our gladrags on for a trip to the capital of the borough and maybe sample a few pastry based delicacies that us mere Leythers can only dream of.
Obviously don't follow Wigan that much but their crowd always seems pretty decent on a Friday night if they're on SKY, albeit against much better opposition than ourselves. The corporate side of things (not sure of prices) would take care of itself, and its not like we've got hours of queing on the M62 racing to get their on time.
Only bad thing about Friday is I'm working that night, (playing Saturday afternoon)so I'm praying for Sunday!

Should the game be on Friday presumably with an 8pm kick off that would give us just more than 5 days not 4 days turnaround.
