Cheap as chips....loads of footwork and player visits. Interestingly, if you call a school here and ask if the players (of any top tier club in any sport) can come along they (club and school together) will organise it around PE lessons...get a photographer involved and make an event of it.
Vouchers handed out at games for the next one....data collection, emailing updates etc....nothing that costs much....sales through schools and clubs, 5 tickets = one raffle ticket.....signed/framed shirts etc...'"
