Must admit this is disappointing and needs to be sorted out, we can't keep having players move from one country to another. That said, I wouldn't say Smith had anything to do with this, as Carvell and Brough already switched allegiance which was nothing to do with him, and tbh there is a very good chance that these won't make the final squad and Smith won't be coach after this year.



The real problem is that not giving the likes of Ireland high profile games after a succesful World Cup hardly encourages players to stay with them. If GB were still around, they could play for Ireland and then the big Tests too.
