The flying of the flags is for the five minutes before the teams enter the pitch before each half.



Not much to 'miss' then is there. No doubt we will have the usual grumpy 'put your f**king flag down' remarks though, from't flatcappers behind us though.

Maybe I would quite like to look at the crowd, pitch, see what's going on etc etc instead of having a flag stuck under my nose?



Then again if you all stick to a certain section, [u"maybe" [/u it's not a problem. Then again if people are forced to move seats then maybe it is a problem.



Problem with things like this is that whilst they provide entertainment for some, they could reduce the enjoyment of others.

I presume you mean that in your opinion, the spectators who are subjected to having a flag stuck under their noses are not entitled to object?



We all get different things out of going to a game.

The flags will be waved at the very front of the stand, in front of the front row, 5 minutes before the teams come out either half, whats the problem????? until stewards or the club inform us that they cannot be waved (which we already have permission to do) they will be waved.

Quite right, and if you want to complain to the club you have every right to do so.

Just like with the drums, if they decide to ban them then fair enough. If they don't then I guess someone sees it has "Benefits outweighs Negatives" scenario?



I'm pretty sure not you or anyone else will be having a flag "Stuck under their noses". Unless someone actually calls seeing a flag from 10/15mtrs away is having it "Stuck under their Nose".

I also assume if anyone doesn't like the music on offer at the game they can also complain about having Inaudible Noise Rammed down their ears?

I'm guessing that the club won't get too many complaints on that fron during the course of a season & I'd like a small bet they don't get many about the flags either?



Bearing in mind that all of the flags will be on the walkways at the Front of the Stand at least 5/10mtrs in front of the front row of seats then I'm guessing not many views will be obstructed and again as someone has said it will be up to a couple of minutes before kick off from say 15 mins before.

If anyone did want to see what was going on pre-match and they were blocked by the flags at the front then I'm pretty sure most sensible people could find a Workable solution, others could just moan about it and play the victim, that's their choice.

you must have one hell of a conk on you if your concerned about that! bearing in mind where they are actually being waved in the stand!

I hope the club doesn't ban it. I'm already looking forward to it. Can't beat a good laugh to liven up a dark, miserable February evening.

I'm pretty sure the fans will take to it really well. Stop arguing over some bits of material. Anyone who does decided to complain clearly does not understand the awesome effort which has gone into this operation since last year.
