Agree with most of that mate, but after seeing him perform against our part timers I'm not sure he is that "exceptional" a very good championship player maybe. But at your level I don't think he could handle the pressure.

I don't think he has much desire of making it at a big club he's happy taking a huge wage from Cas and standing out in a mediocre side. He would have to take a wage cut to be accommodated in a top side I think.

I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that if Ropati took out a civil, private prosecution there's be no criminal comeback on Chase, but obviously there'd need to be proof it was a deliberate act which to me is pretty conclusive. The game is hard enough without dangerous thuggery like what we saw on Saturday. If it means those who play with intent of injuring other in the amateur game think twice as well, then good. People who play hard and aggressive while still playing fair have nothing to worry about.

We would never get him but Shaun Johnson playing along side Finch would be an amazing combination of attacking flair with player management and control. A player with Shaun Johnson's mold will do nicely.
